We want every purchase made on sophiecosta.com to be a fully satisfying experience. However, if you are not completely happy with your artwork, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Conditions

• The return period is 15 days after the delivery date.
  
• The artwork must be returned in its original condition, undamaged, and in suitable packaging ensuring safe transport.
  
• Custom or made-to-order artworks cannot be returned.
  

Shipping Fees

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  
• We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipment to ensure the artwork is safely delivered back to us.
  

Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

2. and provide your order number.
3. We will send you the return address and instructions.
4. Once the artwork has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.
   

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so that we can file a claim with the carrier.
