Words to say it...

As I explained in a previous post, the technique of collage is not as simple as it seems.

I will talk to you here mainly about the collection phase, collecting media, magazines, leaflets, advertising packaging or not, postcards, posters, etc...
This phase is actually a permanent state of vigilance on pretty much everything that catches my eye!
It can be more or less intense depending on the period, but it is always underlying, lurking, ready to pounce and grab something, a word, a character, a color...
As a result, I accumulate a lot of material that I sort ("words and numbers", "characters", "backgrounds", etc.) and reuse wisely to create a new piece of work.
